Team Overview:

Our global client is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to assist with planning the growth of a competitive and loyal partner ecosystem, channel strategy development, building new partner communities, and long term capacity planning.  Assist with partner readiness for revenue growth, positive partner satisfaction and perception around engagement with our client.
This team provides strategy to internal segments within the larger organization.  This team sits in multiple countries, and they drive the business performance strategy for the segments served.

Goals of the Project:

- Tracking retail offers from the first half of the year that are taking place worldwide
- Work with cross-functional teams to support offers through various communication channels
- Work with the team who runs Global TV ads, the client's online store and social media, to ensure they are all aware of what offers are available for the product line
- Work with data analytics team to measure offers
- Collaborate with Finance on offer plans and ROI modeling
- Work closely with the a field team to ensure offer visibility and enable them to drive local teams across internal, external and marketing verticals

Required Skillset:

Program management
Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Strong marketing management and advertising background
The ability to extract, interpret and present data
