We are looking for an internal Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.


  • Find candidates through a variety of sources, including online recruiting, job boards, networking groups and meetings, internally hosted events and referral generation
  • Communicate role criteria, define position description and document specifications to prospective consultants
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and log activities into candidate tracking tool
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conduct confidential interviews both in person and via telephone, follow up with reference checks
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Network and build long-lasting candidate relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Work closely with Director of People and Account Managers to ensure candidates are prepared to proceed through the internal interview process as well as the client's interview process


  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Very thorough and detail-oriented
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • BS degree
